Sakshi Saini is currently serving as a Teaching and Research Associate at the School of Maritime Management in Gujarat Maritime University. Prior to this role, she was associated with Gujarat National Law University.
She is pursuing Ph.D, and holds an M.Phil degree in Economics, from the Central University of Gujarat and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Central University of Rajasthan. Her research interests span Entrepreneurship, Industrial Economics, Development Economics, Statistics and Microeconomics. Sakshi has worked extensively with various datasets such as NSS, ASI, and Census, showcasing her keen research skills.
Additionally, she has significant experience in organizing international conferences and seminars. Notably, she was among the 30 scholars selected at the national level for the ‘Workshop on Database on Indian Economy’ at the Centre for Development Studies in Kerala. She is an enthusiastic educator who passionately believes in the pivotal role teacher’s play in shaping the character of their students.
