Ms. Nandini Parashar

Ms. Nandini is a Teaching and Research Associate at Gujarat Maritime University, Gandhinagar. Her areas of interest include International Trade Law, Investment Arbitration, Marine Insurance, and Maritime Law. She holds an LL.M. in International Trade Law from National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, and an LL.B. as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from University of Lucknow. She has also completed a Certification Course in International Investment Arbitration offered by the Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Law Reforms at NUALS, Kochi, along with the NIELIT ‘O’ Level (DOEACC) IT certification. She has experience in legal drafting, litigation support, academic research, and legal content writing.
