Ms. Khushi Pandey

Ms. Khushi Pandey is a Teaching and Research Associate, Centre for Executive Education, SMLPA at Gujarat Maritime University. She has completed her LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law from Gujarat National Law University. Her academic and professional work spans Criminal Law, Maritime Law, Trade Law, Corporate Law, and Cyber & Information Technology Laws. She has gained litigation and research experience through internships and independent advisory work, including matters before the Delhi High Court and trial courts. Her research engagements have covered white-collar crime, human rights violations, intellectual property offences, and procedural aspects of criminal law. At the University, she contributes to teaching, academic research, and institutional initiatives with a strong focus on doctrinal clarity and practical legal application.
