Dr. Siddharth Warbhuvan

Dr. Siddharth Sunil Warbhuvan is an accomplished legal scholar and academic specializing in international law, with a particular focus on transnational trade, infrastructure initiatives, and emerging technologies in legal practice.
He earned his Ph.D. from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, where his doctoral research offered a detailed legal analysis of China’s “One Belt One Road” (Belt and Road) initiative, exploring both the opportunities and challenges it presents for Global South countries, including India.

Dr. Warbhuvan holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees. His first LL.M. specialized in Energy and Telecom Laws, while the second was completed at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, concentrating on International Trade and Dispute Resolution. He has further enriched his expertise through specialized certifications from the British Institute of International and Commercial Law, as well as summer school programs at Peking University and Shanghai Jiaotong University.
His professional and research work bridges classical jurisprudence with contemporary legal developments. Dr. Warbhuvan has published extensively on topics such as transnational litigation, global debt crises, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in adjudication. His practical experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant in Moscow and performing AI-driven contract analysis for legal tech companies in San Francisco.
