On 9th November, 2019 David conducted a session for the LL.M. and PGD students of Gujarat Maritime University on “International Regulatory Regime governing the Transportation of Dangerous Cargo with special focus on Coal and Sulphur”.

The session was for two hours and David covered topics which included dangerous cargo and the regulations regarding transportation of the same, liability of such cargo with special reference to coal and sulphur, period of limitation, IMO 2020 and liabilities arising out of engine failures, etc.
The session was an enlightening one for the students whereby, they students were highly appreciative of the same.
