Ms. Vishwa Bhatt is a Teaching and Research Associate at Gujarat Maritime University with three years of teaching experience, both part-time and full-time. She holds an LLB (Hons.) and BSc (Hons.) from Gujarat National University, an LLM in Business Laws from Gujarat University, and is currently pursuing a PhD. She is a member of the Centre for Maritime Dispute Resolution at the university and various committees.
Ms. Vishwa was awarded the GLASS scholarship from Gujarat National Law University and has worked as a lawyer at the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court, district courts, and tribunals. Her legal expertise covers corporate, criminal, matrimonial, taxation, and land revenue cases. She has also given guest lectures at Sir LA Shah Law College. Ms. Vishwa teaches legal aspects of the MBA program at the School of Maritime Management at Gujarat Maritime University.
