Ms. Mayuri Shah is the Teaching and Research Associate at Gujarat Maritime University. Ms. Shah has completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations and Marketing and Bachelors of a Business Administration (BBA) from Rourkela Institute of Management Studies, Rourkela and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Management from S.P. University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand.
Ms. Shah has experience working at reputed education institutions like Mudra Institute of Communication and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and in the banking sector as a marketing and operations expert. At GMU, she teaches operations, research and statistics to MBA Programme students and guides them in preparing and presenting their research papers using SmartPLS, SPSS and AMOS. She is also a faculty board member and responsible for organizing various university events, faculty development programmes etc.
Over the years, she has multiple research papers published in reputed management journals. In 2021, she also participated in Executive Development Programme on ‘Insights in Maritime, Ports & Logistics – a Global perspective’ conducted by GMU in association with Erasmus UPT & STC International, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
